Registration
We are excited to welcome you to ICCHP 2026! Registration is mandatory for all delegates and will open upon notification. Stay tuned and check back regularly for updates.
All registration packages include access to all conference tracks, networking events, and official meals such as lunch(es) and coffee breaks.
Registration Process
- Create an Account:
Start by creating a free account on our Conference Management System.- Register and Manage Your Profile:
Once logged in, navigate the menu to register for the event. Here, you can manage your profile, review submissions, book services, update billing information, and more.- Confirmation and Invoicing:
- After registering, you will receive an automatic confirmation email detailing your registration.
- A pro-forma invoice will be available for download.
- If you do not receive these confirmations, contact us at office@icchp.org to ensure your booking has been processed.
- Payment and Final Invoice:
Registration is confirmed only after payment is received or upon authorization of your credit card. Once payment is complete, a final invoice will be accessible in the Conference Management System.- Corrections:
Please notify us immediately of any errors in your registration details.
Important Notes
- Excluded Costs: Travel, accommodation, and additional meals are not included in the registration fee and must be arranged separately.
- Payment Options:
- Online Payment (MasterCard, Visa) is strongly recommended for its convenience and instant confirmation via email.
- Bank Transfer is also available; however, online payment ensures quicker processing.
- All payments must be made in Euros.
